The Mansfield Foundation Board of Directors recognizes that effective governance provides safeguards to help ensure that Foundation funds are consistently used in accordance with our mission, tax-exempt purpose and donor intent. 

To that end, the Mansfield Foundation strives to exceed state and federal disclosure requirements by providing audited financials, summaries of our investment activities, IRS Form 990 and a current Board membership list.

State Registration & Disclosure

The Mansfield Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization, gifts to which are deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes.  The Foundation is required to register in certain states to solicit gifts.  Below is a summary of those registrations, along with any language required by state laws to be reflected on receipts, solicitations, or pledge reminders.  The verbiage, font and capitalization on the state required language is compliant with state regulations.
